This weekend saw local girl Natasha De Bono from NLSK, take part in the English Karate Federation (EKF), Northern Regionals in Sheffield. It was a 350 mile, 6 hour round trip, but was well worth the effort.

She was competing in the 16-17 year old Female –48kg kumite. After a hard fought final, she took a silver medal to add to her growing collect of trophies.
