NLSK attended the recent Meopham Open 2008 in Kent.  With a very young inexperienced  squad it was going to be very hard to achieve any medals.  But credit due, medals were achieved ...

Everyone that attended made it down to the last eight.  Emine Osman achieved bronze in the Junior Novice Kata.  This was soon followed by Serkan Seferoglu who also achieved bronze in the 9-15 year category.  Our final medalist was Hakan Akanay who took bronze in the boys Novice Kumite.  Well done to all.
