This was the last competition this year. It fell very quickly after the International Open two weeks ago. This time it was the Meopham Junior - Cadet Open Championships in Kent.

First up was Ferhat in the Cadet Kata category, after a strong Bassai Dai, which gave him a tie for silver, performed Jiin and took bronze.

In the Junior Kata Cuneyt and Ferhat were up against a very strong field with 16 competitors. Ferhat got down to the last four and just lost out in the semi final to take his second bronze.

The finale was the Junior Team Kata event, which took centre stage. All the areas were cleared to give everyone the chance to see the teams. With very good Association teams, it was going to be hard to get gold. But following the team success at the last competition, they wanted the first place prize. After a good team performance, which secured gold again, continuing their successful run.
