NLSK are participating in Sainsbury’s Active Kids programme, delivering karate lessons to schools in North London.
World Champion diver Tom Daley meets with Sensei John in Sheffield. Tom was competing at Ponds Forge Leisure centre, in the FINA World Series diving competition. This was the same venue that was hosting the EKF National Karate Championships.
